I noticed while watching Empire that these guys are never actually fully in the picture- just like the side of their helmets more or less. But I guess the helmets are just repainted versions of the TIE fighter pilot's helmet. Anyways, the observant picture looker will notice that these two figures are different. The one on the right is an older version, though not the vintage one. Power of the Force? Pot Jedi? I don't really know, got them from a Snowtrooper. The one on the left is OTC and has not-stock leg paddy things. No big deal. Still looks better than Mr Righty there. Mr Righty has been banished to the babie's toy box. (s)he can drool on him when (s)he is old enough to not choke on it.
